For domestic (Australian) shipping services
- Australia Post: Flat shipping of $10 on orders under $100 FREE standard shipping is offered for orders over $100.
- Express flat rate shipping of $15
- Pick-up from 2196
As all of our candles are handmade to order, please allow for an additional 2-3 days prior to shipping. It may take up to 7 business days to receive your order.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns
Please note: as all of our candles are handmade it is normal to have slight imperfections and variations in colour between batches.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@thekandlekollective.com.au If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used. Please allow for 3-5 business days for bank processing.
Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for damaged items. If approved, the exchange will be processed for the same pillar candle. To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@thekandlekollective.com.au
Damaged Items
Due to the delicate nature of our candles, stock may unfortunately arrive broken due to mishandling during shipment. Please ensure to take photographs of damaged shipping boxes and damaged items upon receipt and email through to info@thekandlekollective.com.au
